i think that's the only real issue we need to fix is the restarts. for both races they got out of hand. The first start was after we crossed the line and the 2nd restart was like 5 seconds before the line. And with these cars its really easy to lose the draft.

Whoever is calling "green" really needs to be paying attention where we are on the track. I'd say just let the leader go as soon as hes at the start finish line (whether green is called or not because everyone is expecting green to wave when the leader is there and when its not everyone has to slam the brakes on) If 2nd place passes before the line they get black flagged.

If the "Go" signal is thrown out before the start/finish line, And the 2nd place car beats the leader to the line (fairly), I don't think he/she should be blacked flag, because some of the setups ran by others are just bricks in the 2nd, and 3rd gears. But of course, if the 2nd place car is jumping out in the lead before the signal, then they should of course be blacked flagged.

as long as cars stay in their line until passing the finish line.

I missed go signals a bit, but there will be a standard line that will be used in the actual race. The problem is that Cody's pc hasnt been peforming well, normally he would give the go but since he hasn't been able to be on teamspeak I can't explain things to him.

Hope you guys use another server because heatfinder 2 kills my top speed for some reason. Offline against the AI I can hit 205+ in the draft.

On one restart I was the leader and did not receive the GO until we got over the s/f line, therefore I did not hit the gas until then. While second and the outside line had it floored before anyone said GO therefore I had no chance, I find that unreasonable and it really "got me going".

The first restart I was told to GO in chat before anyone else received the GO signal and therefore I drove away from the field.

This is certainly something that needs to be fixed.

the reason I asked you to do a different procedure was to see which was most effective, as this is a test race Smile. I think it will be better to call the GREEN at a set point on the track, at this track it will be at the last yellow line accros the track.
