Raceday & Qualifier race formats

TIME: BOTH events will take place at 7:00 sharp.
Qualifiers:
May 27th, 20 lap races.

The 20 lap races will be set by a draw of the hat, randomly half the field will be in group 1 and the other in group 2. The grid placement will be random, but will be a ROLLING start. The results of each qualifier will set the grid for race day. However, the group with the fastest lap will earn the inside row.

How the qualifiers will set the grid (after lane choice)
Example, Oldnslow had the fastest lap and was in group 2. The person who starts 2nd was the winner of the other qualifier, and 3rd is the person who got 2nd in "group 2"

Row 1: 1st (group 2) 2nd: (group 1)
3rd (group 2) 4th: (group 1)

Race:
May 29th @ 7:00 pm ; 100 laps
So now that the grid is set, drivers will drive around once in parade, and then on the backstretch start going double file in preparation for a rolling start. The go will be given and green is off.

Pitting:
Entering: you may pit enetering on the front stretch, as black flags are off. But on exiting you must use the full off ramp (becareful of bump)

Yellow Flags: no

Can't make the qualifier? No problem. Show up on race day and start in the rear.

is the qualifier a race or like a hotlap session with 20 laps?

so to clarify, the race and the qualifier are on the same day now? and if the race is still the 29th, wouldn't it be better to switch it to Saturday? Because a lot of people will probably be wanting to watch the cup race as well.

Also, I see that the reputation system is gone now.

The race and qualifying are still on seperate days.. this is just explaining how they will work. Reputation system had to be deleted becausse this forum version doesn't have voting buttons.

well it comes with great regret that i will not be able to make this race, i have friends coming into town, and with the timing of this race (even though i suggested you should do this saturday) i cannot be doing this race while my friends are here. however, as a present to you, i will post my race setup. stranger things have happened, but i also know that i haven't been right up there, unless there is a JR hildrbrand incident. I'm sure patch doesn't make the same mistakes twice. I wanna win. even though i can't, i will root for spike, he has the setup.
